PNN – The adviser to the head of the Palestinian Authority said: The use of the banned substance “white phosphorus” by the Zionist army in the attack on the Gaza Strip has been documented and these documents have been referred to the International Criminal Court.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, “Mahmoud Al-Habash”, the adviser to the head of the Palestinian Authority, added in an interview with the Russian Sputnik news agency: The Israeli regime has committed and continues to commit organized and public war crimes in Gaza, and for this reason, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has submitted a request to this court to issue an arrest warrant for the Prime Minister of Israel and the Minister of Defense of this regime.
He added: The Israeli regime in Gaza has committed violations of international laws, war crimes and genocide, and the army of this regime has used internationally prohibited weapons and substances, including white phosphorus, against the residents of Gaza.

Mahmoud Abbas’ adviser added: The documents that prove this matter have been submitted to the International Criminal Court.
The Zionist regime, with the support of the United States, has launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, as a result of which, in addition to the massive destruction and deadly famine, 42,924 Palestinians have been martyred and 100,833 others have been injured, and thousands more of them are women and children.
By humiliating the international community and ignoring the resolution of the UN Security Council to immediately stop the war and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent genocidal acts and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, Tel Aviv continues to commit genocidal crimes against the residents.
Despite all these crimes, the Zionist regime has admitted that after 12 months of war, it has not yet been able to achieve its goals of this war, namely the destruction of the Hamas movement and the return of the Zionist prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
