PNN – Two American officials resigned in protest against Joe Biden’s administration for refusing to tell the truth about the Zionist regime’s obstruction of aid transfers to the Palestinians.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Guardian newspaper wrote: USAID contractor Alexander Smith said he was offered two options to resign last week when his speech about the deaths of Palestinian women and children was canceled at the last minute by the agency’s leadership.
Smith decided to resign after four years of service at the US agency as senior adviser on mental health, gender, child health and nutrition. In his resignation letter to Samantha Power, head of the US Agency for International Development, he criticized the uncoordinated approach of this American organization to various countries and humanitarian crises and the general treatment of the Palestinians.

He wrote in this letter: I cannot tolerate an environment where some people are not treated humanely, or the principles of gender and human rights are only applied to some people and others are deprived of it depending on their race.
Stacey Giblert, another State Department official in the Office of Population, Refugees and Immigration, also sent an email to her colleagues in another resignation and announced the reason for her resignation was an official report in which it was claimed that Israel was sending aid and food supplies to Gaza.
According to the Washington Post, Gilbert was particularly critical of the US State Department’s official report to Congress, which stated that the Israeli regime had not fully cooperated in the first months of the Gaza war, but recently significantly increased access to humanitarian aid.
The Guardian wrote: The resignations of Smith and Gilbert bring the total number of Biden administration officials who have publicly resigned in protest of the US policy towards Gaza to nine. Although Josh Paul, the first official to resign, said at least 22 others left their posts quietly and without public announcement.
The resignations of the US officials come as famine is spreading in Gaza and only a small amount of humanitarian aid reaches the area through land crossings controlled by the Israeli regime.
