According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoted by the Russian network Elium, the Zionist newspaper Haaretz wrote: The Israeli army has entered a new phase called “optimal use” due to the reduction of weapons and ammunition stocks, according to which the use of missiles and other war tools must be approved by senior commanders.
This newspaper wrote that the Israeli army has recently increased the level of command authorized to approve the use of heavy weapons such as missiles due to the lack of ammunition reserves and the ban imposed by the world countries on the export of weapons.
Haaretz quoted sources as saying that the Israeli army [regime] has now restricted the use of weapons and in some cases has even raised the level of authorization for the use of these weapons and heavy ammunition to the level of a brigade commander.
The directive does not apply to air defense systems such as Iron Dome and forces exposed to enemy fire, the sources said.

They stated the purpose of implementing this policy is that high-ranking commanders of the Israeli army use military tools in accordance with the goals of the force under their command based on priorities, and added that previously, this responsibility was the responsibility of lower-ranking commanders.

According to senior officials of the institute who spoke to the newspaper Haartz, in the planned meetings, “Galant”, the Minister of War of the Israeli regime, with “Lloyd Austin”, the Minister of Defense of the United States, and other senior officials of the United States, in addition to how to attack Iran, are supposed to discuss the needs of the Israeli army for weapons and the importation of weapons shipments to the occupied Palestinian territories.
According to them, the security establishment of the Zionist regime is worried about the refusal of some countries to supply weapons to the Israeli regime.
The Zionist regime, with the support of the United States, has launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, as a result of which, in addition to massive destruction and deadly famine, more than thousands of Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, have been martyred and injured.
Despite all these crimes, the Zionist regime has admitted that after 12 months of war, it has not yet been able to achieve its goals of this war, namely the destruction of the Hamas movement and the return of the Zionist prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
