Russia has also sold Sukhoi fighters, Mil helicopters, and the S-400 air defense system to China.
Chelsea Michetta, another American analyst, said that although the leaders of Russia and China have not signed a formal military alliance, such actions should be of concern to the United States and its allies.
“The all-out alliance between China and Russia will pose a threat to the United States,” Michta said.
