Zionist media claim: Hamas imported most of its equipment to Gaza during the Morsi era

PNN – In a report, the Zionist Army Radio claimed that the Hamas movement had imported most of the equipment it needed into Gaza during the time of former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from the Palestine Information Center, in this report, the Zionist Army Radio claimed that the army’s estimates indicate that most of the arms and equipment smuggling operations to the Gaza Strip were carried out through the tunnels under the Philadelphia axis during the presidency of the former Egyptian president, Mohamed Morsi.

In the continuation of this report, the Zionist Army Radio claimed: During the presidency of Muhammad Morsi, the Hamas movement imported huge equipment into the Gaza Strip, which caused this movement to create a large defense industry in Gaza (huge ammunition factories).

This Zionist media further claimed: Even when Egypt began to block the tunnels and better control the Rafah crossing in the following years – during the Al-Sisi era – Hamas had achieved a high production capacity and through the raw materials that had flown continuously through Israel and Egypt for years. It had smuggled into the Gaza Strip, it produced a large part of the huge stockpiles and missiles that it had at the beginning of the war.

Meanwhile, following the occupation of the Philadelphia axis (Salah al-Din) between the Gaza Strip and Egypt, the officials of the Zionist regime are surprised that the tunnels in this area are closed inside the Egyptian territory and that the Palestinians have not used them since many years ago.

The occupiers have come to the conclusion that by moving the weapons and ammunition production centers in Gaza underground, the aerial bombardment of this area did not have an effect on the supply of weapons for the Palestinian resistance.

Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, stated that the reason for the occupying forces staying in the Philadelphia axis is to prevent arms smuggling.

The most important deadlock is over the negotiations between the Hamas resistance group and the Zionist regime over the Salah al-Din (Philadelphia) corridor along the Gaza border with Egypt and the east-west “Netzarim” corridor on the Gaza border.

Under the pretext of preventing smuggling and the infiltration of militias, Netanyahu insists that he must control these two corridors, but Hamas demands the complete withdrawal of Zionist forces from Gaza.
