Effects of the flight cancellation crisis on the economy of the Zionist regime.

The Palestine-Oriented Center, which specializes in studies of the Zionist regime, wrote in a report evaluating the consequences of the widespread cancellation of air flights to the Zionist regime and the refusal of large and international airlines to travel to the occupied territories.

It is stated in this report: Economic statistics in recent days show the high volume of air transport crisis in the occupied territories in the field of transporting goods and passengers.

This report also pointed to the huge increase in transportation costs as a result of the refusal of international airlines and the abuse of domestic Israeli companies to increase the price in the current situation and emphasized that currently many Israelis who want to enter the occupied territories are at the airports Many people in the world have been delayed and many of them who are looking to leave the occupied territories cannot find a ticket to leave.

Madar adds that due to the expansion of the war in Lebanon and the crimes and assassinations that have taken place, as well as Iran’s missile attack on the occupied territories, the number of companies that have stopped their air travel to the occupied territories is increasing day by day. The European Union of Airlines has also warned against air travel to Israel, and this issue has encouraged international companies to suspend their trips to the occupied territories, and these one-week or two-week suspensions have been repeated repeatedly.

A sharp reduction in trips and passengers

On the other hand, rocket attacks on Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, which are carried out from time to time, have become an important factor in stopping the activities of this airport. According to official reports published in the occupied territories last week, air travel to and from Israel decreased by 39% in the first nine months of this year, from 128,000 to 78,000. The number of passengers has decreased by more than 43% during this period.

International reports show that every day 55 thousand Israelis are delayed at airports outside the occupied territories and their tickets to travel to the occupied territories are canceled or they are forced to use third or fourth countries for their travel.

The domestic airlines of the Zionist regime have greatly increased their ticket prices in this situation, but at the same time, to attract military personnel for the army, this price increase does not include the army reserve forces who want to participate in the war, and they can use the flights at the previous rates.
