Iraq is following the international media coalition to expose the crimes in Gaza.

Ali Al-Moayed, the head of the Iraqi Information and Communications Organization, emphasized at the meeting of the Arab Union Information Ministers that the Palestinian issue is the pain and the main problem of the Arab countries, and we all share in what the Palestinian brothers in the occupied land are suffering from the occupying regime.

He added that the Zionist usurper regime with its shameful crimes in Palestine and specifically Gaza has aroused the displeasure of the world and has left a stain on the face of humanity.

Al-Muayyed emphasized: The Iraqi government and nation are with the Palestinian nation in this crisis and we appreciate all the human positions that embody a global human awakening, especially in scientific and university centers and student activities and cultural and labor elites and youth and All those who declared their opposition to all crimes of genocide and sought to support the Palestinian cause and stop the blind cruelty against innocent civilians.

He also pointed to the displeasure of elites and nations with double standards and raising the slogan of humanity cannot be discriminated and emphasized that the blood of Palestinian women and children has shown the way of the world’s free people and humane principles, and this is a great achievement for the Palestinian issue.

Al-Muayyed added: The nation and government of Iraq, along with their Arab brothers, support the issues of the Arab world, especially the Palestinian issue, and it is no secret that this issue has been present in all internal, regional and international negotiations and discussions of Iraqi authorities.

The head of the Iraqi Information and Communication Organization said: I use the opportunity to be present in this gathering to call on all Arab countries to launch a broad Arab media coalition with the aim of supporting the Palestinian issue and continuing to expose the crimes of the occupiers, which have clearly reached the level of a crime of mass murder. A crime that has left more than 35 thousand martyrs, half of whom are women and children, and according to the latest statistics, the media family has given 143 martyrs.

He continued: “The equipment of the occupiers continues to kill people and destroy trees, stones and safe houses, which clearly shows the great moral degradation that the occupiers allow against the dear Palestinian nation.”

Al-Moayed continued to discuss the dangers of promoting foreign culture through social networks and considered it a threat to the values, identity, principles, history, civilization and moral system of the Arab nations.

The head of the Iraqi Information and Communications Organization further pointed to the double and discriminatory standards of some social media platforms regarding the Palestinian issue and limiting users who expose the crimes of the occupiers, and limiting the field for the Palestinian issue at the technology and media level against giving permission. He accused the supporters of the usurping regime of distorting the facts.

He added: In this regard, I emphasize on supporting the Arab negotiating team with global companies that own social network platforms and speeding up the organization of digital content in a way that expresses the demands of Muslim and Arab nations.

He continued to use the maximum media capacity of the Arab countries to support Palestine until the Palestinian nation achieves its legitimate rights to form an independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds as its capital.
