Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro announced in a televised interview that Russia and Venezuela plan to sign a 10-year strategic alliance agreement at the intergovernmental commission meeting in December.

In this regard, he said: Vice President Delsey Rodrigues reported that the intergovernmental commission of the two countries will be held at the end of the year, and in this meeting, we are going to sign a 10-year strategic alliance.
