According to Al-Nashrah, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech before the US Congress was not based on predictions. In addition to popular protest demonstrations in front of the Congress, the scope of the protests also reached inside the Congress, and on the other hand, the content of this speech was in a form that did not contain new and thought-provoking content and was more of a media propaganda based on the war against Iran.
Many analysts consider Netanyahu’s speech as a propaganda show that lacks a serious plan for war and is based on lies. Netanyahu tried to depict the bloody war in Gaza as a war against Hezbollah and the resistance forces of Yemen and even Iran to open America’s feet to it.
Netanyahu wanted to pretend that he entered the war for America. In this speech, which was made mostly to appeal to America’s support and cover up the genocide in Gaza, he also made threats that did not only include Gaza, but also Lebanon. Netanyahu emphasized that Israel will do whatever it takes to restore security to the northern borders.
What has been published in the Israeli media indicates that Netanyahu is trying to get permission from Biden to start a massive war against Lebanon and expand the scope of the war in Gaza, but despite all these atmospheres, Netanyahu does not want a war with start Lebanon.
Hezbollah’s “psychological war” against the Zionist regime, which was carried out at the same time as Netanyahu’s visit to Washington, included the release of a special part of the series of operations of the Hodod 3 drone, which targeted the Ramat Dawood airbase in Israel, which is located about 46 kilometers from the border with Lebanon. It depicted and showed detailed details of it, especially in terms of facilities and sites in which it is located.
Lebanon’s Hezbollah wanted to once again emphasize its high intelligence power through the publication of some images of the Hodhod drone and show that it can penetrate the airspace of the occupied territories and reach the heart of this base despite the Israelis’ readiness at the same time as the Yemeni threats. After completing its operations, this drone returned to Lebanon without Tel Aviv’s surveillance systems being able to monitor its activity, which is a great security achievement.
Hezbollah wanted to change the equation of the war with Tel Aviv through the release of the Hudhud 3 video, which surprised Netanyahu during his visit to Washington, this is a warning message not only for Netanyahu but also for the United States, which should think a lot before making a decision.
Although some think that Netanyahu wants to drag Hezbollah into war, what is certain is that he is not willing to take responsibility for starting a war with Lebanon. Of course, Hezbollah will not take this action, and even though it knows that it will gain a lot in this war, it does not want to take the responsibility of starting it.
In general, it seems that psychological warfare is the main title of the current war between Hezbollah and Israel. Although the media war between Hodhod and the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime may become more tense in the future, it will not go beyond the framework of conventional rules at least until the end of the elections in America.
