PNN – A Zionist official claimed on Saturday night, quoting an official of this regime, that estimates show that there is a possibility of an agreement on Gaza in the coming weeks.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Qatar’s Al Jazeera network, “Yediot Aharanut” newspaper, published in the Occupied Territories, quoted this unnamed Zionist official as claiming that significant progress has been made in the Gaza negotiations.
This Zionist official claimed: The heads of Mossad (Foreign Security Organization) and Shin Bet (Internal Security Organization) announced to the Israeli Cabinet that Hamas is ready to sign an agreement.
On the other hand, Channel 12 of the Zionist regime reported, citing sources close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, that he is more than ever ready to reach a prisoner exchange agreement with Hamas.
According to the claim of this Zionist media, the only remaining main difference in this case is the number of prisoners who are exchanged within the framework of this agreement.
The latest survey of Channel 12 of the Zionist regime shows that 72% of Zionists want to reach an agreement with the Hamas movement to exchange prisoners in exchange for the end of the war in Gaza.
This is despite the fact that 15 percent of the respondents expressed their opposition to reaching this agreement.

Recently, in an interview with the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, an Egyptian official said that Netanyahu’s position regarding the Gaza ceasefire is now softer than ever.
He, who participated in the Cairo talks on Gaza, added: Netanyahu agreed to many issues that he had reservations about or was against before, and the time to announce a ceasefire in Gaza is very close.
This Egyptian official, whom Al-Akhbar did not name, noted: The events in Syria led to a short break in the Gaza negotiations, but these negotiations have resumed once again.
He also said that Qatar and Türkiye played a wider role in these negotiations, which have almost reached the final stages.
Earlier, an informed source told Al-Sharq network: The limited exchange agreement between Israel and Hamas, if implemented, may be the first stage of a more comprehensive agreement for a gradual ceasefire, which also includes Israel’s withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
This source announced: If Israel agrees to the proposed agreement, a ceasefire under the supervision of mediators will begin for a period of 6 to 8 weeks.
In this regard, the mentioned source added: Tel Aviv will release Palestinian prisoners, including at least 100 prisoners with heavy sentences, in exchange for a number of Israeli hostages (Zionist prisoners in the Gaza Strip).
Al-Sharq channel further reported that the Hamas movement has delivered the initial list of the Zionist prisoners to Cairo.
The Zionist media also reported about this: In the first stage, 18 living Israeli prisoners and five dead bodies will be released in the exchange agreement.
