America defends the crime of the Zionist regime: the accusation of genocide in Gaza is baseless

PNN – In defense of the crimes of the Zionist regime, the United States rejected the report of Amnesty International about the commission of “genocide” by Israel in Gaza, claiming that this accusation report is “baseless”.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoted by AFP, Vedant Patel, the spokesperson of the US State Department, said on Thursday night: We do not agree with the conclusions of this report. We have said before and we continue to say that the accusation of genocide is baseless.

He called Amnesty International’s report “unfortunate and biased” and claimed that America is still concerned about the war in Gaza.

Amnesty International announced on Thursday in a report that the Zionist regime has “committed genocide” against the Palestinians since the beginning of the war against Gaza, and called this report a “wake-up call” for the whole world.

Amnesty International added that the report’s findings are based on satellite images of the amount of destruction and field reports of the people of Gaza and “inhumane and genocidal statements by Israeli military and government officials.”

Agnes Kalamar, Secretary General of Amnesty International strongly criticized the inability of the international community to put pressure on the Zionist regime to end its crimes in Gaza, and asked countries to stop expressing regret and take strong and effective action.

He said: The colossal failure and shameful position of the international community since more than a year ago in putting pressure on Israel to end its crimes in Gaza and the delay in calling for a ceasefire in the first place and the continuation of the transfer of weapons are a stain on the conscience of all of us.

Kalamar added: Governments should stop expressing their inability to end this mass killing, which has resulted in Israel’s decades-long evasion of international law. Countries should also stop expressing regret and dissatisfaction and take strong and sustainable international measures.

Referring to the arrest warrant of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of War of the Zionist regime Yoav Galant by the International Criminal Court, Kalamar considered it a ray of real hope for the realization of justice that the victims are waiting for.
