PNN – The corruption trial of the Israeli Prime Minister, which was scheduled to be held, has been canceled again under the pretext of security.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Al Arabiya News Agency, Israeli media reported that the presence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of this regime in his corruption trial, which was scheduled to be held today, Monday, has been canceled again under some pretext.
Citing a court statement, the i24 news agency reported that the session will not be held again under the repeated pretext of security.
No further details have been released.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust in three cases dating back to indictments filed in 2019.
The trial has faced repeated delays, including those related to the regime’s invasion of Gaza since October 2023, as well as Tel Aviv’s war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Iran, and many experts believe that Netanyahu’s escalation is only to avoid investigating his corruption charges.
This is while US President Donald Trump previously reiterated his request to Israeli President Isaac Herzog to pardon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
