According to the report of Pakistan News Network; citing the Palestinian Information Center, Eytan Gilboa added that opposition to Netanyahu and negative sentiments regarding him within Donald Trump’s camp are steadily mounting.
Gilboa stated that Trump’s inner circle had believed from the outset that Netanyahu was dragging the U.S. president into a war and that military action against Iran was not in America’s interests.
Noting Netanyahu’s plan to present information regarding Iran’s nuclear activities to the U.S. president during their meeting, he added that the recent release of reports concerning the intelligence Netanyahu is taking to Washington reinforces the view that the Israeli Prime Minister is not seeking an agreement, but rather desires an intense and widespread war.
