Demonstrations of thousands of supporters of Palestine in Germany, Ireland, and Switzerland.
According to the Anatolia news agency, protesters in Berlin, Dublin, and Geneva called the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza genocide and demanded an immediate and permanent ceasefire.
About 2,000 protesters gathered in Berlin’s Potsdamer Square and marched towards the parliament. They chanted: “Germany finances, Israel bombs,” “Shame on you,” and “Don’t give Israel weapons.”
Other protesters held placards that read: “Stop supporting Israel with my taxes” and “We Jews demand an end to the genocide.”
Also, thousands of other people gathered in Geneva’s Novo Square and marched in the city center. They held Palestinian flags and placards in support of the Palestinian people and shouted slogans against Israel.
Protesters also chanted against US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and emphasized the need to stop the genocide in Gaza and an immediate and permanent ceasefire.
On the other hand, the “Ireland Solidarity Campaign with Palestine” organized a demonstration in Dublin, which was attended by a large number of supporters of Palestine.
Protesters chanted: “Boycott apartheid Israel” and “Freedom and justice for Palestine.”
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of the aggression of the Zionist regime’s army on the Gaza Strip on October 7Â has reached 34 thousand 49 people and the number of wounded has reached 76 thousand 901 people.
